Vendors and Sponsors

Vendors are the exhibitors at a conference. They provide a nominal amount of additional income and can help attract attendees to the conference. They are typically publishers or software vendors but need not be limited to those categories. In fact, it is highly desirable to attract folks with summer research programs, etc.

Deadline: 30 days before the conference.
Suggested starting date: 365 days before the conference.
