1. Presiders' and Presenters' Luncheon o

Typically, all presenters (including invited speakers, moderators, panel members, and session chairs), student research entrants, Regional and National Board members, and Conference Committee members are invited to the Speaker’s Lunch on Friday. Work with the Program Chair to arrange for invitations. People are invited via e-mail by the Program Chair. The invitation includes an R.S.V.P. to help you get an accurate count. You will need to keep a list of responses and contact a second time the folks that don’t reply. (Alternatively, just don’t give a non-respondent a luncheon ticket.) You should also ensure that you aren’t inviting anyone who isn’t registered for the conference. If you are having a workshop, be sure to include the person conducting the workshop. The conference Chair is responsible for sending out the invitations.
Note: Since the Registrar will work through lunch and won’t be able to attend, it is a nice gesture if you can arrange for a box lunch.

Deadline: 7 days before the conference.
Suggested starting date: 180 days before the conference.
