Conference Database

The conference database can be used to determine who has registered for the conference, to prepare badges, to print receipts, etc. However, it has not been totally reliable. If you are unable to access the database, you will need to contact the Conference Registrar for the information you’ll need to prepare badges, estimate head-counts to plan for meals, etc. In any event, you’ll need to stay in touch with the Registrar since the information in the database may not always be current.

Deadline: 365 days before the conference.
Suggested starting date: 365 days before the conference.
