Local Sponsors Chair

Local sponsors provide support for the conference, including donations of refreshments, prizes for the programming contest, door prizes, and other materials such as pads of paper, pens, bags, etc. The Local Sponsors Chair is responsible for soliciting these donations, for ensuring that the donations are properly acknowledged on the conference Web page and in the conference program, and are thanked for their donation. The Local Sponsor Chair should coordinate with the Programming Contest Director to ensure there are adequate prizes for the contest.
